The atelier process

Three conversations, one piece.

There is no catalogue. Each piece is worked out between you, the designer and the karigar who makes it. This is what that looks like.

First

We talk

Occasion, budget, the stone you have in mind, the metal you actually wear. Over chai at the studio, at your home in NCR, or on a video call.

Then

We sketch and select

You see loose stones with a loupe and a pencil sketch of the piece before anything is cast. Nothing is made until you say so.

Finally

We make, certify and deliver

Made by hand, hallmarked, IGI-certified, and delivered by the designer in Delhi NCR or by insured courier anywhere in India.

“A chain sells you a design from its catalogue. We design one piece, with you, for you — and I am on the other end of the phone for as long as you own it.”

Designer portrait — to be photographed
From the designer

I started by making pieces for my friends.

The first ring I designed was for a friend who wanted a two-carat stone and had been told, politely, that she couldn't afford one. A laboratory-grown diamond made it possible; a good karigar made it beautiful. Word travelled the way it does in Delhi.

Casablanca is still that: one conversation at a time, one piece at a time, made by the same hands. I don't keep a catalogue and I don't do pressure. If a piece isn't right, we don't make it.
